Biosafety Plan
K2 Agro prepares comprehensive Biosecurity Plan studies for farms of all sizes. For years we have been supporting Polish Farmers in protecting their herds from pathogens affecting the economics of pig production. We suggest solutions that are adequate to the threat and meet the legal requirements for bioassurance.
Basic information about the Biosafety Plan
1. Visit to the farm - about 3-5h depending on the size of the facility.
2. Development of a post-audit report and proposal of solutions in conjunction with the Biocheck evaluation (Ghent University).
3. Agreeing with the Owner on a bioassurance plan for the facility.
4. Development of full documentation, i.e. PBB plus a set of operating procedures.
5. Development of the Bioassurance Map.
6. Implementation of PBB and agreement with PLW, if desired by the client.
