Preparing or checking the BSP with an annual audit. This solution gives very good results both in securing the farm and keeping the employees motivated and aware.
How it works?
In the first year, we carry out full implementation of the BSP, including the launch of procedures, arrangements with the District Veterinary Inspection and training of the farm crew.
In subsequent years, we conduct regular BSP audits, offer support duringBSP inspections, and recommend and implement improvements. We make sure that documentation and procedures are always in compliance with current regulations, ensuring full safety of the farm in case of an outbreak. We also train the crew so that they are well prepared for any eventuality.
Every year we conduct audits and improve the Biosafety Plan and documentation, bringing them in line with current legal requirements. Our goal is to ensure that the farmer feels safe and has all the necessary requirements in case of an outbreak, both in terms of organization, technology and administration.
Bioassurance training
The law requires farmers to participate in bioassurance training. We offer the possibility of conducting such training - very practical and tailored to your needs.
We offer comprehensive training courses, which we can conduct both at the client's premises (on the farm, in a lecture hall, during a field workshop) and at any other location, as well as online. We will take care of the full organization of the event (we will provide the room, meals, training materials, gadgets, projectors, translations) or provide only the speaker.
The training can take the form of a lecture or workshop, including a field trip and farm visit.
We work closely with Ghent University, a world-class research center specializing in bioassurance, and use the Biocheck system to assess bioassurance. We are certified Biocheck auditors. Details are available at: biocheckgent.com
All K2 Agro employees will have a min. 12-hour quarantine period unless otherwise agreed.
Travel costs above 100 km from K2 Agro headquarters and overnight accommodation are added to all services according to our price list.
Bioinsurance Map
We create Bioinsurance Maps that reflect the BSP in the Farm space - we prepare such maps on the basis of projections from Google Maps, Geoportal and interview with the Farmer.
The maps can be prepared in a large format and superimposed on various surfaces, such as plexiglass - they are often posted on fences or in social and office spaces to make moving around the farm easy and understandable for both employees and visitors to the facility.
The map can be emblazoned with the logo of your company or farm.
