K2 Agro is a consulting firm for farms and ranches that helps maintain biosecurity, improve production profitability, and reduce antibiotic use through work standards, procedures, and measurable field actions. We work where results, repeatability, and real risk control matter.
We are an industry integrator: we connect farmers, farm staff, veterinarians, and technology companies around practical solutions. We develop the K2 Agricultural Academy, organize the Pig Production Congress, and co-create environmental initiatives around biosecurity.

The goals we pursue in consulting projects include stable production results, reducing disease risk, ensuring order in processes, and reducing costs resulting from organizational errors and overtreatment.

We help build biosecurity as a system of daily habits and procedures that truly reduce the risk of disease in the herd. We audit farm practices, identify gaps, and implement standards that are ready for market demands and inspections.

Karolina Krasicka
Karolina Krasicka is a biosecurity and animal production practitioner working with farms in Poland and abroad. She combines a zootechnical perspective with a process-based approach: work standards, risk control, team training, and measurable implementation.
She holds the BioCheck certification – Certified Biosecurity Auditor (Biocheck.UGent). At K2 Agro, she is responsible for audit standards, fieldwork methodology, and the development of industry initiatives, including the Pig Production Congress and environmental initiatives for biosecurity, including the Polish Biosecurity Association.
Pig Production Congress
K2 Agro is the organizer of the Pig Production Congress – an event that brings together knowledge, innovation, and people from the pig industry. The congress, held at the Żnin Sugar Factory, focuses on practical and implementation solutions.
From the perspective of K2 Agro, it is a platform for integrating the community: breeders, farm managers, veterinarians, and industry experts. Topics include best production practices, management, and biosecurity.
